A question I am asked often is how to utilize all of the various frameworks and advice on frameworks out there on other case interview prep sites? It is very hard to remember a lot of case study frameworks… let alone master all of them. At this point, we need to figure out WHY unit sales have fallen.

Andy had failed a case interview with one firm but had a confirmed chance with McKinsey London, and he didn’t want to walk away without the offer. Just got off the phone with McKinsey and have been offered an Associate position!!!!!! I have absolutely no doubt that I couldn’t have done this without you.

Question: Thank you for creating the Case Interview Secrets videos and Look Over My Shoulder ® program. My question is related to note-taking during the interview. What I am struggling with is keeping up with the interviewer, and still trying to note down key facts. Some information is more important than others.
