So it has to have been a balancing act for these firms on how to keep customers, advertisers, and content providers happy. But now, at least on Xfinity, many shows have “smart resume.” I’m not sure how the advertisers or content providers (who often charge advertisers) like it, but we sure do. This is really sales 101.
