He began by helping firms recruit competent executives, acquire new customers, and establish conducive office space. We want you to nail it. In the U.S. This idea became a theory, and he developed a practice.

Marketing and Sales - utilizes in depth analysis and scientific experimentation to develop innovative ways to add significant value for leading firms. Additionally, a lack of an advanced degree would not knock you off that path (like it would at McKinsey, BCG or Bain). They look at tier 1 and some select tier 2 universities.

When I first started recruiting for consulting jobs, an interviewer at Bain shared a story (arguably a legend at this point) about how Bain (or it might have been McKinsey) was asked to advise Motorola on whether or not they should enter the mobile phone market. This would be a textbook strategy created by McKinsey, Bain or BCG.
