Ramit is a junior at Duke University who successfully aced his on campus interview. However, he did receive some puzzling feedback from his interviewers, leading him to contact Jenny Rae to guide him through how to use the input constructively for his final interview on site at BCG. This week I talked to the two interviewers.

In addition to the normal skill sessions, students in the management level also attend seminars to improve their leadership skills. The Executive Board oversees each project during the semester, plans the kick-off and showcase events, and hosts skills seminars and training sessions, among other responsibilities.

I have previously been interviewing with several of the big firms but without success (especially in the case interview part). Without the methods presented in your training videos and other material I doubt that I would have been able to get this offer. I just received an offer to join a European McKinsey office as an intern.
