The outcome: the president and CEO, plus the internal legal counsel, recommended that both the VP and I attend 16 hours of anger management class on our own time. Courage Is Calling. But, by far, the human resources aspect became my favorite part of owning that company. I really handled every aspect of the human resources spectrum, including job analysis, selection, training and development, talent management, rewards and benefits structures, compliance, and termination.
