I received two offers recently and have also been given offer deadline extensions for them until later this week, which I had requested as a way to "buy" time: 1) to hear back from other firms I interviewed with, and 2) for the final round interview with my top-choice firm this week. While that has been a great experience, I ultimately found my greatest training and instruction in how to prepare for case interviews from your website and materials. With some more research and discussion with my family, I had learned about McKinsey's incredibly impressive reputation in the business world.

If you have the raw talent and work ethic but are simply inexperienced, that’s very different than if you are experienced (in terms of years worked), but just can’t seem to do a good job. Do you have the right work ethic? Work ethic is not strictly a personality trait. Are you motivated? It is also situationally dependent.
