They generally conduct their interviews over two rounds. The first interview is either on campus or over the phone and the second is at one of their offices.

Interesting, the office in New York is very transient and has a hoteling system (so you don’t have an assigned desk) – so if you sign up for Deloitte NYC, be prepared to travel all the time. Accenture has a nearly-secret, much smaller, unofficial office on 11 Broadway.
