I did the same for resume questions, i.e., I tried to structure my answers to questions like "Why our firm?" What you have to realize about this role of reading consulting resumes and cover letters is this. Keep in mind, this is the mindset of the resume screener as he/she finishes the cover letter and starts to read the resume.
