In doing so, make sure you not only get a sense of the various industries their clients come from, but also read about other aspects of the company in terms of diversity and inclusion, career path and roles, and community service projects that the company puts on and sponsors.

Back in the days, I’m talking about the words ‘diversity’ and ‘inclusion’ weren’t terms yet but in essence that’s what the workshop we were doing would have been called. We love being in the trenches with our clients, a case with every professional services firm. We’ll use it in our arts, in our medium to help people.
