I found your case study videos very useful, as is the one-page framework handout, to prepare me for the interviews. When I was at McKinsey, I had absolutely no problem telling a managing director he was incorrect on some key point -- and he had no problem accepting it from me. He had nearly 20 years at McKinsey, I had 1 year.

McKinsey uses this term for their structural communication methodology. A recent study by McKinsey showed that young employees are keen for both transparency and immediacy in their communication with managers. The growth of millennials means they are making up larger proportions of business workforces.

This course is our (much) cheaper version of Black Belt, but using the same methodology – break down the process, practice by yourself, and practice with a partner. As I listen to the LOMS cases, I stop the player at the end of each interviewer answer and record my own response, and then play it back. 2) I have found this to be a good way to internalise the hypothesis -driven methodology in solving cases because it is 'proactive.'. Keep up the good work.
