I received two offers recently and have also been given offer deadline extensions for them until later this week, which I had requested as a way to "buy" time: 1) to hear back from other firms I interviewed with, and 2) for the final round interview with my top-choice firm this week. Some of us are inherently close mouthed, have solid ethics and just cannot comprehend behaving in such a way. Ego boosting events These can take on many guises. Forewarned is forearmed.

Nice on the surface appears more ethical and in alignment with one's integrity. Related Video: Why God Wants You to Become a Consultant. What's different in this case is that what you are on the hook to market is your own expertise, perspective, strengths and experience. You have to be good. And it for sure is more vulnerable.
