It turns out that preparing for case interviews is fairly similar to preparing for Taekwon-Do Competitions. Martial arts have taught me discipline and the ability to learn new things, while also striving to perfect what I already know, which I employ as I prepare for the case interviews. It helped me a lot in getting ready for case interviews , and now I have an offer from BCG [ Eastern Europe ] and A.T. To transition to another region starting from BCG Eastern Europe, you will have to physically travel to the country you want to work in, to network and interview. Kearney [ Western Europe ].

I wanted to send you a quick note on how I have been able to secure a McKinsey interview , despite not knowing anyone in consultancy. I have consequently been invited for an interview. As if traveling across the ocean on the plane wasn’t enough, we felt it necessary to use as many forms of transportation as necessary…so we took a train up to Durham University. Many questions were asked about resumes, cover letters and the importance of inserting a cover letter with their applications.
