I did the same for resume questions, i.e., I tried to structure my answers to questions like "Why our firm?" It is a painful experience.

I also found a lot of value in the LOMS materials that I purchased after going through the Case Interview Secrets videos. Fortunately, I was able to secure an interview with Bain & Company through a referral. I went back to all of the McKinsey people who initially said no to me, and explained to them how I got interviews from Bain and BCG. This is not to say the top firms don't want talent from the other schools.
