Interestingly enough, in October of this same year, PwC changed their mind and sold their entire consultancy entity to IBM for the low-low price of $3.9B IBM GBS absorbed PwC Consulting and doubled in size. in cash and stock. Public Sector Practice. Keep PwC running, providing strategic and creative services to internal clients.
