Using your frameworks and guidelines, I was able to recently secure offers from Oliver Wyman and McKinsey (I accepted the McKinsey offer). I hadn't applied during the regular recruiting season as I was planning on going directly to an MBA program and trying to get into consulting afterwards.

Question: I work in the Venture Capital Industry and am considering a switch to strategy consultancy. Normally people switch the other way around but I think that it would be good to acquire more analytical, team and strategy skills, as I started in the VC field straight from campus. ii) When do you switch frameworks or dig deeper?
