Back in 2001, Enron collapsed in spectacular fashion and Arthur Andersen , Enron’s auditor of 16 years, was implicated in the accounting scandal and ultimately went out of business. People sometimes mistakenly believe that PwC only provides accounting services, when in actual fact its audit business generates less than half its revenues.
