I’ve contemplated taking my own life on more occasions than I care to admit, think about, or remember. I appreciate that, despite all the steps I’ve taken to take care of myself, there’s always a remote chance that suicidal thoughts may reoccur in my life. . I’m not an expert on this topic. In my darkest moments, I had nobody.
