I would not like to end up in the Eastern European market; my longer term goals are in Western Europe, USA, Brazil or Middle East. So my dilemma is whether to go for BCG [ Eastern Europe ], for the great company it is, the focus in projects that it has, and also for the market, which in this region is very interesting.
