Summary.
Due to digital marketing, customers are interacting with companies through a wide variety of methods: websites, text, social media, call centers, and in-person sales calls. This creates the risk for companies to present consumers with inconsistent information, or information that’s coming in a method they don’t prefer. To overcome this, companies are turning various methods of orchestration–some of it done by technology, some of it done by humans. The goal of this is to create a consistent and well-coordinated flow of information to consumers, in order to increase sales.
