Feedback from one of the BCG interviewers after the first round was mostly good, with (as they put it) some ‘minor tweaks’, specifically (with my thoughts in italics): In one of the cases, the interviewer felt they needed to do a little more ‘logical leading’. I did two final rounds -- one in Los Angeles, and one in New York.

I am a bit surprised that they have scheduled me for two consecutive interviews in the same day: one at 8:30 in the morning with an associate, and a second one at 9:30 with an associate partner. My McKinsey final rounds -- one in the Los Angeles office, one in the New York office -- were each five or six interviews - back-to-back-to-back.

The second round was with two managers, consisting of a casual chat (which lasted for about three hours). Round 1 was with a manager, consisting of one case interview.
