I quickly went home and downloaded LOMS and found it was a complete gift (even though I paid for it, it was kind of a steal if you think about the value/compensation trajectory of working at McKinsey). 2) LOMS is not a silver bullet. In addition, in LOMS I explain point-by-point, phrase-by-phrase, the difference between merely good performance vs. excellent performance. LOMS does not perform miracles. I mean there are only so many ways to mess up a case, and my goal in LOMS was to capture the mistakes that result in 80% of the rejections in case interviews.

I purchased LOMS before Round 1, along with many (50+) hours of live practice over Skype. I was invited back and, again, I put in many more hours with live practice and LOMS. I would strongly recommend LOMS to anyone preparing for interviews. It was a very easy case, but I still wasn't confident.

I worked hard on how to open the cases and walk the interviewer through the logic of my framework by listening to LOMS.
