You want to hire someone that’s honest, smart, and hardworking. As I’ve had many years to reflect on Buffet’s words of wisdom, I’ve come to appreciate their value even more than I did at that moment — particularly his comment about looking for honest people. Honesty comes in two forms.

I am just one of many hardworking people, seeking a rewarding career, and finding that the current experience falls short of that goal. Although, I do agree that consulting is full of smart people, I do not think most of them would be able to do anything "non-consulting" after about three years of this profession. Great blog.
