Aim for the right balance Don’t define an ‘analysis required’ in a way that is not sufficient to prove or disprove the hypothesis. For example, if your hypothesis is “Eliminating duplication will save $1M in 12 months”, then your analysis required should not be something vague and generic like “Process analysis”.
