Try not to propose a very similar strategy to what the company has actually undertaken because this risks your answer being viewed as “too-safe” (though benchmarking similar situations that happened in other industries works quite well). You want to distinguish yourself from the crowd by thinking “outside the box”. Present well.

Here is the fantastic interview with Pat Kramer CEO of BDO Canada on future of work. When I talk to our competitors and I meet them frequently and I benchmark against them- we are very strong in our strategy and path. I schedule health and exercise in my calendar and its a huge commitment for me.
