Progressus April Release Now Available

    Progressus 11.5.0.25 release notes is now available, featuring a variety of enhancements aimed at expanding the robust functionality for professional services and project-based businesses.

    The April release notes bring key enhancements, improving inventory management and time tracking.

    Billing and Time Enhancements to Inventory and Time
     Drop Shipment Purchase Orders now work with Progressus.
    The Copy Project function has now been added
    Bug fixes most notably to Budget and Project

    Inventory Updates

    • Customers requested that Drop Shipment Purchase Orders work with Progressus:
      • New Feature: Drop Shipment Purchase Orders is now fully integrated

    Time Updates

    • Customers requested that an Integration Event be added so that Expense Sheet Approval emails can include CC or BC:
      • New Feature: Integration Event has been added
    • Customer requested the ability to copy a Project and its associated templates:
      • New Feature: The Copy Project function has been added to enhance user flexibility. In the Copy Project report, users can now select the following elements to copy:
        • Project Tasks
        • Invoice Setup
        • Resource Prices
        • Expense Prices
        • Sales Price Template (assigned to the original project)
        • Project Price List (assigned to the original project)
        • Scheduled Billing
        • Milestones
    • Customers have requested the ability to change the Bill-to Customer on the Scheduled Billings line:
      • New Feature: The Bill-to Customer is now editable on the Scheduled Billings line and will be utilized during the Create Invoice process to generate invoices.

    Additional Enhancements and Bug Fixes

    This release also includes bug fixes to Billing, Expense, Purchaging and Time.
