The leadership team of a regional agency that provides educational leadership, resources, and customized services to assist school districts wanted to use instruction design consulting services to ensure that the Instructional Design for Inexperienced Managers helped their key managers to consistently promote student achievement and accountability. The highly customized management development program used an action learning leadership development approach through a series of experiential sessions for managerial cohorts of 12 over three months using the following approach:

  1. Identify Business and Learning Success Metrics
    Facilitated strategic clarity and metrics session with key decision makers to finalize business and learning success metrics that are aligned with the overall business, people, and training strategies.
  2. Assess the Current Situation
