Catch Me on the People and Projects Podcast 337

I spoke with Andy Kaufman on his People and Projects Podcast 377.

Full disclosure: I met Andy back in 1999 at the Software Development conference. So we've known each other for a long time. I subscribe to his podcast because I like the way he interviews guests. He looks beyond the obvious to deeper insights. I'm thrilled to say he did that with the Modern Management Made Easy books, too.

As part of our discussion about the Modern Management Made Easy books, we spoke about:

  • Congruence.
  • Building habits that allow us to do the work that's valuable.
  • A little about the difference between introversion and extroversion.
  • How we might want to say, “serving” leadership instead of “servant” leadership.
  • Why management requires practice and experiments.

Stick around for the outtakes, too. We spoke about more personal issues.

That's Andy Kaufman's People and Projects Podcast 377. Enjoy!
