They wanted participants of the First Time People Manager Training to learn and practice the key leadership mindsets and behaviors that inspire, engage, and empower others to do their best work.     How to be an other-centered leader by increasing situational intelligence and purposefully engaging in collaborative interactions that activate commitment and an intent to stay and perform.
  • New People Leader Inspire, Engage, and Empower Action
    How to motivate action in others by clearly and concisely articulating ideas and expectations, keeping lines of communication open, adjusting for different styles and channels to achieve the best outcome, and navigating the communication needs and expectations of a variety of stakeholders.
  • New People Leader Tangible Impact
