Survey: Mexican consumer sentiment during the coronavirus crisis

Mindful of their finances, Mexican consumers have acquired new shopping habits during COVID-19 to save money. More than half of Mexicans are waiting to see indicators beyond the lifting of restrictions and high vaccination coverage before resuming “normal” out-of-home activities.

These exhibits are based on survey data collected in Mexico from February 20–March 2, 2021. Check back for regular updates on Mexican consumer sentiments, behaviors, income, spending, and expectations.
