This is amazing!! I was just thinking of this speech early this morning before I came to this site, I swear. Lo and behold..I get this video when I opened this site! I was looking for some inspiration lately due to my struggles in finding a consulting position. But like Rocky said..” If you know what you’re worth, then go and get what you’re worth, but you have to be willing to take the hits!”
